Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the planning and delivery of tailored educational programmes for students with special needs.
• Encouraging students' intellectual, social, and emotional development.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure successful learning outcomes.
• Supporting students in daily school activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Participating in staff meetings, training programmes and curriculum development sessions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Strong understanding and experience in supporting students with special needs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and react dynamically based on students’ needs.
• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, British Values and enrichment enriching programs, including but not limited to PSHE and MFL Spanish.
