Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, attentive support to Students with Special Needs in line with their individual learning plans

Requirements and Qualifications
- A Level 2 or 3 qualification in learning support or a relevant field
- Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
- Commitment to inclusive education and excellent communication skills
- Adaptability, patience, and enthusiasm for improving student potential
