• Staying up-to-date with best practices in Special Needs Education to continuously evolve teaching methodologies.
• Fostering independence and confidence in students through innovative, individualized instruction strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Certification or significant experience in Special Needs Education or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students of varying abilities.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
• An understanding of safeguarding principles and successful passing of enhanced DBS checks.
• A genuine passion for inclusive education and a flexible, innovative approach to overcoming challenges.
