Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with students to ensure their individual needs are met and their potential is reached.
• Ongoing collaboration with colleagues, therapists, and Special School Nursing Service team members to offer holistic support for each student.
• Actively contributing to the implementation and regular update of the student's individual learning plans.
• Enabling students to access educational, social and physical activities within our Life Skills programs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Evidence of a recognized qualification in special education or relevant training.
• Experience in supporting students with special educational needs.
• Subject-specific knowledge and a willingness to undertake necessary training and further professional development.
• Excellent communication skills with adaptability in teaching approaches catering to individual needs.
