Key Responsibilities

• Provide engaging and stimulating learning experiences for our young learners by implementing the appropriate curriculum based on their developmental needs.
• Collaboratively work with the teaching team to maintain a safe and healthy environment where children feel secure, cared for and loved.
• Monitor and record progress, identifying any areas of concern and working closely with the parent(s)/guardian(s) to support their child's development.

Requirements and Qualifications

• An NVQ Level 3/Childcare related qualification or equivalent.
• A passion for early years education and a strong understanding of child development and learning.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to the needs of the children.
• Previous experience as a Nursery Nurse is desirable but not essential. A passion for shaping young minds is a must!
