Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-standard care and learning experiences to all children.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging education programs aligned with the Nursery curriculum.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress and development of the children.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Create a stimulating and safe learning environment in adherence to the Nursery policies and ethos.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Relevant Nursery Nurse qualification (NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).
• Experience working with young children in an Early Years setting.
• An understanding of EYFS.
• Current Paediatric First Aid certificate.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm, dedication, and a reflective approach to professional practice.
