Requirements:

• Experience working as a HLTA in a school setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum
• Ability to work effectively with children and support their learning
• Enhanced DBS check

Qualifications:

• HLTA qualification
• Relevant teaching assistant qualifications
• First aid training (desirable)
