Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing exams and invigilating according to the defined standards and protocols.
• Facilitating the exam process and ensuring a calm and silent environment during exams.
• Supporting with the setting up and the dismantling of exam rooms.
• Maintaining the integrity of the exam through identification checks and monitoring for cheating.
• Partner with faculty and staff to ensure student success.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Exam Invigilator or similar role in an educational setting.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Adaptable and capable of working under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to adhere to strict professional and ethical standards.
