Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively teaching cover lessons with a high level of subject competence and professionalism
• Collaborating with colleagues in the planning, development, and delivery of lessons
• Supervising students, ensuring a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment at all times
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to enhance their learning journey

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant certification
• Proven expertise in subject being taught
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong adaptability to changing learning environments
• Prior experience in an equivalent support role is desirable
