Key Responsibilities

• Stepping in to cover lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring seamless delivery of quality education
• Aiding students' overall development by encouraging them to become more responsible and independent learners
• Collaborating with colleagues to create an inclusive, stimulating learning environment
• Fostering strong relationships with students, parents, staff and the wider community to enhance students' educational experience

Requirements and Qualifications

• Possess a qualified teacher status (QTS), or an equivalent educational qualification
• Relevant experience in an educational setting as a Cover Supervisor or similar role
• Knowledge or experience in leading, motivating, and inspiring students to succeed
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Adaptable, creative and passionate about education
