Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day support to children with special needs to enhance their learning experience.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff and specialists to develop and implement individual education plans.
  • Promoting inclusive education within the classroom, ensuring all pupils have equal access to learning opportunities.
  • Emphasizing a nurturing and supportive learning environment that engages and inspires pupils to succeed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience and/or qualifications in Special Needs Education or similar field.
  • Adaptability and creativity in teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs.
  • A professional and compassionate approach to supporting children with special needs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
