Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young adults, particularly those with special needs.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.

• Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
