Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting educational activities for special needs students.
• Fostering an inclusive classroom environment that caters to the unique needs of each student.
• Working in collaboration with teaching and support staff to encourage student success.
• Organizing and managing appropriate learning environments and resources.
• Actively contributing to the implementation of school policies and ethos.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant qualifications and certifications in special education or related discipline.
• Proven experience working with special needs students, especially those with Moderate Learning Difficulties and autism.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong commitment to advancing the wellbeing and learning outcomes of students.
• A patient, understanding, and humorous approach.
