Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting educational activities for special needs students.
- Fostering an inclusive classroom environment that caters to the unique needs of each student.
- Working in collaboration with teaching and support staff to encourage student success.
- Organizing and managing appropriate learning environments and resources.
- Actively contributing to the implementation of school policies and ethos.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant qualifications and certifications in special education or related discipline.
- Proven experience working with special needs students, especially those with Moderate Learning Difficulties and autism.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong commitment to advancing the wellbeing and learning outcomes of students.
- A patient, understanding, and humorous approach.
