Key Responsibilities

• Craft tailored learning experiences to fulfil the unique needs of Special Needs learners.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that celebrates our pupils' diverse abilities and achievements.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, Parents, and Carers to ensure optimal student success and progress.
• Utilize our multiple Learning Zones and specialist centres to enrich students' educational journey.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Evidence of success working as a Special Needs Assistant or similar role.
• A clear understanding of educational strategies for children with Moderate Learning Difficulties and/ or autism.
• Adaptability and resilience to meet the varied needs of our diverse student population.
• Certification or qualification relative to the role (e.g., NVQ or a degree in Special Needs Education) is desirable.
