Requirements:

• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Patient, caring, and empathetic nature
• Basic knowledge of safeguarding procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent
• Enhanced DBS check
• Relevant training in areas such as autism awareness or behavior management (desirable)
