Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing one-to-one support to special needs students, ensuring that they are engaging with and enjoying their learning journey
• Working collaboratively with staff and teachers to implement dynamic lesson plans aligning with our Semi-Formal Curriculum
• Monitoring and charting students' progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering constructive feedback
• Fostering a nurturing environment to promote positive behaviour and wellbeing

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Relevant certification or qualification related to the role of a Special Needs Assistant
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of the unique needs, interests, and aspirations of our special needs students
• Resilience, adaptability and excellent communication skills
