Key Responsibilities:

• Taking lead in delivering high-quality Foundation/Nursery Teaching experiences to students aged 0-4
• Creating an inclusive, engaging classroom environment that promotes growth and learning
• Collaborating closely with colleagues and parents to foster a cooperative community
• Implementing curriculum goals through interactive and immersive lesson plans
• Demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness to each student’s emotional, social, and academic needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent Nursery teaching qualifications
• Previous experience in early years education
• Outstanding knowledge of child development and latest education theories and practices
• A commitment to safeguarding the well-being of all students
• Adaptable to change and creative in solving problems.
