Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences tailored for the Nursery/Foundation level.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow educators and support staff for effective teaching and smooth operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to suit individual needs.
  • Use innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and develop foundations for lifelong learning.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment for all students.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teaching.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of age-appropriate pedagogy, curriculum and child development.
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • An adaptable and flexible approach to meet varied needs and circumstances.
