Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day lessons that engage and inspire our early learners in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Develop creative, child-centric activities to stimulate the emotional, physical, and intellectual development of our children.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of staff to ensure a consistent and healthy learning environment.
• Regularly assess and record each child's progress and plan further individual-focused learning opportunities.
• Support the well-being and pastoral needs of children in the nursery, ensuring that every child’s needs are met.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• An Early Years qualification at Level 3 (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
• Sound knowledge of EYFS and its application in a learning setting.
• Able to engage children through creative teaching and learning strategies.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisation skills.
