Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and assisting in the delivery of lessons in the absence of regular teachers to ensure uninterrupted learning for our students.
• Supporting student learning and participation in tasks related to the curriculum, with an emphasis on inclusivity and mutual respect.
• Fostering a positive, engaging, and collaborative learning environment.
• Contributing to the wider school ethos by participating in extra-curricular activities and school events.
• Ensuring student safety and welfare at all times, adhering strictly to school policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or similar qualification relevant to the role of a Cover Supervisor.
• Previous experience in an education or support staff role is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for creativity and innovation.
• Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate unexpected changes in schedules or class materials.
