The contactless scheme is designed to improve the quality and continuity of supply staff within your school. This proactive method of recruitment enables a stronger relationship to be built between Empowering Learning and our partner schools.

• 10 minute turnaround on same day bookings with access to our overseas teacher pool
• 24 hour turnaround on long term bookings (from notification to candidate submission)
• 2 hour turnaround on ‘next day’ bookings
• Priority on repeat candidate bookings

So how does the Contactless Scheme work?
It’s simple the more you pre-pay the bigger the discount per day, as follows;
Banding %
(Band 1) – 50 days
(Band 2) – 100 days
(Band 3) – 150 days
(Band 4) – 200 days
Example:
Pre-Pay 50 days at £185 per day = £9,250 plus VAT
*As contactless scheme member, you will receive termly statements from our accounts team with breakdown of supply days used and supply days remaining.

Temporary to Permanent Recruitment
In addition to offering you the opportunity to benefit through the rebate scheme, we will offer you the opportunity to take on any candidate permanently at a reduced permanent fee 20%, less any fees charged to date in relation to the placed candidate.
