Interview

The aim of the interview is to develop and agree on an action plan for each teacher’s future. All teachers can expect a thorough and honest assessment of their situation, based on qualifications, experience and specialist subject.

Time will be spent offering CV advice and completing a CRB (police check), where appropriate.

We do encourage all teachers to speak openly about their expectations – as this helps us to work with them to create and implement an accurate and satisfactory action plan.
