Interview

At the interview you can expect a thorough and honest assessment of your situation, based on your experience and specialist subject. Time will be spent offering CV advice and completing a CRB (police check) where appropriate. The aim of this meeting is to develop and agree on your action plan for the future.

We do encourage you to speak fully about your expectations as this helps us to work with you to create and implement an action plan.
