Staffing Solutions

You will receive a personal service from Empowering Learning. We are a small and dynamic team providing a very focused service. We are proud of our business ethic, which is grounded in a unique approach to teacher placement.

Our teachers are committed to their own professional development; they maintain links with us because they appreciate the continued training and professional advice we provide. They are looking to progress by making a noticable contribution to school in order to earn a long term contract.

Schools enjoy working with us because we offer consistently high standard of candidates whose experience is relevant to the position required. We have many years experience of working with London schools and strive to understand your school’s specific needs.

We support all our teachers to progress within their specialism and plan to place them in a school which recognises their personal and professional strengths, thus increasing the likelihood of a successful placement and creating a positive learning environment for both pupils and teacher.

Our initial links with schools as specialists in Ethnic Minority Achievement have grown considerably and we now provide teachers in all areas of mainstream education:

  • Primary teachers, TAs, LSAs with specialisms and knowledge of essential areas such as 'Every Child Matters' and child protection
  • Secondary specialists, some with previous leadership experience.
  • EMA/ EAL teachers TAs, LSAs at all professional levels from main scale to advisory
  • SEN professionals from support staff to SENCO

Overseas Trained Teachers with an abundance of commitment but without UK experience attend professional standards training alongside a one term work experience placement to prepare them for QTS. Teachers on work experience benefit your school by giving support and are ready to energise rather than drain your school’s department.
