Recruitment, Selection & Vetting Policy

The following checks are made to verify the identity of each candidate recommended to schools:
  • Enhanced CRB (Company’s CRB registration number 23734400009)
  • Passport
  • 2 written references, academic or professional
  • Face to face interview by Lynne Hannigan or Debbie Williams
  • Reference requests posted or emailed to academic addresses
  • Professional recommendation
  • Photograph to match passport photograph
  • List 99 check by email within 24 hours of interview
The following evidence is required to establish permission to work in the UK:
  • Permission to work noted in passport/visa
  • The following checks are made to verify qualifications:
  • Original documents are seen and photocopied for our files
The following training is given to OTTs about the UK system:
  • 16 week twilight sessions of two hours duration covering Professional standards for teachers and delivered by education practitioners.
CPD arrangements:
  • Visit school to observe teacher and consult line manager on school’s satisfaction with service. One session of twilight training per term for EMA/EAL teachers.
